We have another Full Moon upon is this time in the astrological sign of Taurus. This is an Earth sign which is known for its determination, strength and resilience and is likely to be a welcome energy to tap into as we are still in the middle of Mercury Retrograde.
One of the focuses of this moon is to take our attention back to the self, tuning into and hearing our inner wisdom to help find a way through all the noise that we encounter every day. Whether physically or energetically, we are surrounded by it much of the day and we all need breathers to hear our soul whispers.
Finding your own inner power and strength will also be easier now as you move forward over the next couple of week, rather than relying on others to validate your worth, again tune in and seek your own guidance - We really do have all the answers we need within us!
With this moon you may find yourself bringing your sights back to home and family and getting practical. If certain parts of your life/home have been neglected then use this moon to get things completed before the fullness of Winter sets in. Decluttering and making your house beautiful could also be on the agenda.
This moon is the opposite to the Taurus New Moon back in Spring and gives us the opportunity to review the journey of 2019, and whether we have experienced successes or defeats. Use this information to get closer to your goals, do it with honesty and be kind to yourself. Essentially we are reaping whatever seeds we planted under the May Moon.
🌕 Be mindful of what people are telling you over the next couple of weeks, listen to your inner guidance to sense if they are BSing you.
🌕 Review your year so far, are you where you want to be what have you learnt, take notes and see what you can do in the last couple of months to ensure you get where you want to.
🌕 Declutter your space, mend what needs fixing and add a touch of luxury such as flowers to your environment.
🌕 Accept others viewpoints in disagreements or arguments, you may be getting caught up with Taurus's stubborn streak.
🌕 Self care is high on the agenda especially if you've neglected your needs over the last month or so. Exercise, good nutrition, lots of water and a massage are all good to do now.
FULL MOON RITUAL
🌕 List all that you would like to release on paper - things that no longer help you in your life, blocks that are you wish to now remove - emotions, beliefs, people, habits
🌕 Offer forgiveness to yourself or others if needed - this may need a little time and could take a few sessions to do - be gentle with yourself
🌕 Reflect on all that you are thankful for in your life - include people, events, mother earth what ever relates
🌕 Go outside if possible to Moon Bathe and recite to the moon what you wish to let go of, then burn the paper (safely)
🌕 Give thanks to the moon, your guides and the Universe
🌕 Don't forget to charge all your Crystals, Oracle and Tarot cards in the full light of the moon. You will have this energy the day before and after the full moon.
🌕 You can also create Moon Water which helps you to release. Place a glass of spring water on the window sill or outside with some gauze over the top or tin foil and allow the moons rays to charge the water.
🌕 Keep the water in the fridge for max 3 days.
